Downtime Notifications
Downtime notifications can be configured to be sent when a downtime event exceeds a user-defined threshold.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”Downtime event notifications are configured for each line, so to change a configuration, first navigate to the line in the hierarchy editor (found in Settings → Hierarchy).
Once downtime notifications have been switched on, enter the email addresses and a notification threshold, which defines the duration a downtime event must exceed before a notification will be sent out.
